Hi there! We’re Steve and Erin Middleton.
We both grew up in the Fraser Valley, spending time on the water at Pitt Lake or skiing in the mountains. We’ve always
loved the calm and beauty of the outdoors.
Family is at the center of our world, with us having a “brady bunch” of six wonderful
kids - 3 boys and 3 girls! We love spending time together, whether boating, skiing, or just being at home.
Our family dinners are filled with laughter, stories, and, most importantly, no phones—just us. We’ve learned the importance
of being respectful, loving, and always there for one another.
Fun fact.... we actually dated briefly as young adults, both working in the same restaurant.
We ended up losing touch with one another and went on to have our own individual families.
Then, 18 years later, we randomly bumped into each other at a house party. It felt
like finding a missing piece. Going through life’s ups and downs had made us stronger,
and we found comfort and understanding in each other.
During this new chapter, we realized we shared a love for real estate. I had bought my
first investment property at 22 and became a realtor at 27. Erin worked in appraisals when we reconnected. I encouraged her to get her real estate license, and we haven’t looked back!
